This is a great bread machine pizza dough recipe that will make 2-3 pizza crusts. You can make all of them and then just wrap with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for a quick and easy homemade pizza.

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. basil (opt.)
- ½ tsp. garlic powder (opt.)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 3 ½ cups flour (I use Bobs Red Mill Unbleached all-Purpose White or Bob’s Whole Wheat. Both are delicious!)
- 2 ½ tsp. yeast
Instructions
- Add ingredients as directed by your bread machine (Mine has me add wet ingredients first and then dry).
- Use the dough setting.
- When done divide the dough into 2-3 balls.
- Roll out onto pizza pan or stone
- Pre-bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes
- Remove and top as desired. (At this stage, the pizzas can be wrapped tightly and frozen for later)
- Continue baking at 425 degrees for an additional 10 – 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Notes
- If using the crust for my Veggie Pizza Recipe bake crust for a total of 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let crust cool completely.
