This DIY Christmas baking gift is so easy to put together and also doesn’t break the budget. It’s a super cute gift to give and the recipient now has an activity to do at home with their family.

Making A DIY Cookie Baking Gift
Putting this gift together is simple. Just make a trip to your local Dollar Tree to get all the supplies needed for this gift.
Here’s what you’ll need to put this gift together:
- package of sugar cookie mix
- pot holder or oven mitt
- cookie cutters
- spatula and/or whisk
- ribbon
- printable gift tags
Step 1) Print out baking gift tags on card stock paper. Cut out and hole punch at top of tag.
If you know who your gift is going to write the recipients name on the blank side of your tag. Leave the gift tag blank so you have a gift ready to go for anyone!
Step 2) Using a hole punch, punch a hole at the top of your sugar cookie mix bag.
Step 3) Cut a a 20 inch piece of ribbon
Step 4) Take your ribbon and thread it through the:
- gift tag
- cookie cutter(s)
- spatula and/or wisk
- sugar cookie mix bag
- pot holder loop
Step 5) Tie off ribbon with a bow!
This is a great gift to have on hand for any last minute gift giving you may have forgotten about. Make a batch and have fun gifting these to your neighbors and co-workers.
