Fresh fruit is so delicious. But sometimes we don’t eat it quickly enough. This is when I like to freeze the ripe fruit to use in a smoothie. It may be too ripe to eat on its own but would be perfect to add to a smoothie.
Bananas seem to ripen especially quickly. When they start to get a few to many brown spots I like to freeze them.
